delta state Agbaro local government, warri, Nigeria. I was born and bred in cross river state, Nigeria. I've danced for a decade which I spent three years as a hobby and 7 years as a professional.
For me, Dance is a language. Where there is no voice Dance speaks. It is a life changing moment for me and every passionate dancer. I am diverse but i recognize myself as a contemporary/ modern jazz dancer. My role models/mentor is King David in the holy book and Ice Iweke who is a Latin and ball room dance instructor in Span.
The only challenge that there is, is making people believe in what you are capable of doing.
I ventured into creating my dance company which has an annex is in south Africa. We host concerts(Nite of a thousand dances, Let the children dance concert, When David danced concert) and many more to come that would blow your mind. I have been able to convince cooperate bodies that Dance isn't a play thing. It is Art and Art is class!!!
I practiced my dance steps at home and enrolled into a dance school (span) to learn on a professional level which I improved in a big way. I am capable of dancing for a maximum of 10 minutes. I am also a script writer, an innovator then an instructor for Love World Creative Art Academy(Christ embassy). Presently i am handling a project; When David Danced concert.
We live in the future right now. I hope there will be a change in the entertainment industry where not only musicians will be recognized but also dancers.
God is my biggest inspiration till date. He did too much for me and I'll gladly say it all over that it is God.
